“This has been the worst experience ever purchasing something. First, I place an order and then get confirmation that they are cutting the glasses. A few days later I get told that they do not have the frame size in stock. Then nearly a month later I get an email the day before the glasses get reliever with no update that they had the frames in stock. Finally when I get the glasses they have a chip in the frame where the lenses got pushed in. I am trying to return them with difficulty”

Dear Amanda, We are sorry for the poor experience. We do our best to improve the services that we offer. The frame when receive, was inspected and the place where it seemed chipped, was actually a bit of the glue used to better fit the lenses. It was missed by our colleagues during the finishing stage. We would appreciate any suggestions that would help improve our services. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
