I sent frame back the next day after I purchased it and then contacted customer service to get update on processing my request for a full refund and still waiting on it

I ordered some Oakley eyeglasses on June 9. Today is June 29 and I have not yet received them. Unsatisfactory!

Dear Bob, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are truly sorry for sending the glasses later than we are aiming to do. We constantly try our best in respecting the deadline for making and fitting the lenses for each pair of glasses that we sell. Sadly, sometimes mistakes are made and they delay the timely shipment of the glasses. We are truly sorry that such situation happened with your glasses. please let us know any suggestions that you may have , which could help us do better in the future. If memory serves, whilst surfing the net, I found some Gotti frames (Luuk) that I liked and I wanted to visit a brick and mortar store to try them on. But, when I used the "store locator", I got no results. So, I contacted Glasses Gallery by e-mail. Unfortunately, you have no stores in the U.S., much less in Georgia, where I reside. Might one reasonably assert that a 5 star rating is deserved for repeated e-mails involving no remedy? Under the circumstances, I think that an appropriate response would have been to simply state that you have no brick and mortar stores in my area and be done with it. Have I missed something here? Of what value is telling me that your stores are located a thousand miles or more to the north of me and then pestering me for a 5 star review?

Dear Mark, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We do our best to mention that we are a purely online store for glasses. In regards to the stores available, it is mentioned is for the Canadian market, for which we have a separate website. This has been the worst experience ever purchasing something. First, I place an order and then get confirmation that they are cutting the glasses. A few days later I get told that they do not have the frame size in stock. Then nearly a month later I get an email the day before the glasses get reliever with no update that they had the frames in stock. Finally when I get the glasses they have a chip in the frame where the lenses got pushed in. I am trying to return them with difficulty

Dear Amanda, We are sorry for the poor experience. We do our best to improve the services that we offer. The frame when receive, was inspected and the place where it seemed chipped, was actually a bit of the glue used to better fit the lenses. It was missed by our colleagues during the finishing stage. I received 10 email nonsence not answeing my email . you send me a email few months back since my fram brook that i bought from yoiu! they said they give 50% off Fram 50% off Leanse but no copon qannd i been asking send me the copon that i can order and i get a robatic email !

If you want to purchase first follow this step Call their customer support number and you will know exactly know what I am talking.I can not believe in 2019 we have fake company like this.

I wanted to order Lindeberg frames to ship to Australia- but I was told I can only order other brands for delivery. Why list the frames online if you cant actually deliver?

Dear Neil, We are sorry that we were unable to accept the order. As our main market is US, all the products available on our website are mainly meant to be shipped to the US market. It is true that we accept international order too, though, such as your case is, we promptly inform any customer when the glasses ordered are restricted due to the manufacturers selling agreements. Glasses Gallery states "all our products are FDA approved and should have no problem". My glasses, imported from Hong Kong, have been on HOLD for over a week now with no resolution. In calls to Glasses Gallery, the response is that all the representatives are helping other clients and they will call me back - only received an email that there should be no problem. Cannot speak with a supervisor nor is there another phone # to call directly. Very frustrating!

Chatted with 2 different people about a return I did about a week ago. I had sent 2 glasses back because they didn't work out. I asked for store credit instead of returning it back to the credit card i used because ill need to buy glasses as mine broke.The 1st person i chatted with said the glasses are delivered and that it takes 2-3 business days for processing the return then I should soon get an email with a store credit code. The second person told me it takes up to 30 business days to get my store credit code. So here I am frequently checking my email for that code so I can check out on the 2 glasses I've had in my cart for a while now. Super bummed that I didn't get a correct answer and still haven't gotten an email with my store credit code yet and I am in DESPERATE need of glasses.

I'm not impressed with the quality of service I have received so far. I originally was informed that I needed the PD info for my glasses. Which was fine and it took me a little time to get being that I'm overseas. Once I got the info I emailed it back, but was told I only had one. So once again, I got the combined PD and emailed that info. Then I proceed to ask about an update and was told the info was received and will go to production now. Fast forward to week later, I'm getting an email to state that my case is being closed. So I yet again asked about an update and was told that I still needed to to give info on my prescription ( same info I given the previous week). Long story short, I would recommend always asking for a update on the status. I ordered my glasses almost a month ago and I'm still waiting on them just to be sent with the shipping info.

After a full month, I have yet to receive my glasses. I ordered express shipping. When I called they informed me the frame had been cracked and they would process my order and overnight them. That’s been another 2 weeks.

I was poor experience becouse it was extra cost for "free" delivery about 50 USD hich was not listed in offer. Company offer is presented like from US but is deliverd form HK

Not very pleased with the fact my frames sat there over 3 weeks (due to lack of information).. I had a extremely hard time getting ahold of anyone as well as once they were shipped out, there was no address so I had to wait a additional week!
