Glasses Gallery states "all our products are FDA approved and should have no problem". My glasses, imported from Hong Kong, have been on HOLD for over a week now with no resolution. In calls to Glasses Gallery, the response is that all the representatives are helping other clients and they will call me back - only received an email that there should be no problem. Cannot speak with a supervisor nor is there another phone # to call directly.
Very frustrating!
