If memory serves, whilst surfing the net, I found some Gotti frames (Luuk) that I liked and I wanted to visit a brick and mortar store to try them on. But, when I used the "store locator", I got no results. So, I contacted Glasses Gallery by e-mail. Unfortunately, you have no stores in the U.S., much less in Georgia, where I reside. Might one reasonably assert that a 5 star rating is deserved for repeated e-mails involving no remedy?
Under the circumstances, I think that an appropriate response would have been to simply state that you have no brick and mortar stores in my area and be done with it. Have I missed something here? Of what value is telling me that your stores are located a thousand miles or more to the north of me and then pestering me for a 5 star review?
