“Glases was to small. Glases was not as described. I would not recommend due to return policy. 2 weeks for full refund it took longer for them to ship to me. No I would not recommend not worth the chance. I give it a 2 because I did receive glases in mail.”

“The nose pads just fell off. I am not happy with the poor quality of this frame. I thought Lindberg was high quality.”

“Metric is NOT our system in the United States so give information in English measurements, ie inches, not millimeters. That makes it very difficult.”

“I bought my glasses through your website. Got email, to clarify my prescription. I made several calls to clarify it. I asked for a fax number to send it. I tried, through the website, to send as attachment. All to no avail--have not yet successfully sent the corrected prescription. I expect better. Under the circumstance, I expect that my glasses will not be an accurate representation of my prescription. I believe you have my phone number--not putting this on your website for the general public.”

Dear Selena, We are sorry that it was not fast enough our service and that it did not meet your quality expectations. The frame was sent in great condition as it has passed the manufacturers quality checks. The damage sustained to the rubber tips, as mentioned in our previous emails, it is not covered by the warranty. We are sorry for not being able to help more.

“Do me a favor. Try to order a pair of prescription reading glasses on your site. Customer experience could be improved greatly if you modified your interface to enable the selection of "Prescription reading glasses" an option.”
