I bought my glasses through your website. Got email, to clarify my prescription. I made several calls to clarify it. I asked for a fax number to send it. I tried, through the website, to send as attachment. All to no avail--have not yet successfully sent the corrected prescription. I expect better. Under the circumstance, I expect that my glasses will not be an accurate representation of my prescription. I believe you have my phone number--not putting this on your website for the general public.
