“Customer service was prompt and helpful while I was considering my order, but once I ordered, it was very difficult to get information about my order. The process for giving them the prescription was a little confusing. The glasses did arrive, however, and seem to be done well. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.”

“I think when I buy new glasses I would at least get a cleaning cloth or wipes complimentary for my service. Maybe even instruction on how to care and clean the glasses.”

“Happy woth the glasses but I wish I would’ve known the blue screen filter would show up so very blue. Also I think that filter is what is causing the terrible glare on my daughters glasses in photos. Kind of bummed.”

“I come back to this company over an over again, but their process for reordering is really frustrating. There should be a "reorder" button, but there isn't so you have to find the glasses you want again, re-upload your script, etc. That's my only complaint.”
