My online experience and phone experience with customer service was great. My 3 year old son loves his new glasses and is actually wearing this pair much more than his last pair. The only problem we have experienced is that the standard lenses got scratched within hours of having them. I don't fault Glasses Gallery for this as children are pretty hard on glasses. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.
