I ordered a pair of glasses (as I had lost my other pair!) on the Saturday, and they arrived on the Sunday.
I received a call from one of the technicians form the company, as one of the numbers I had entered on the prescription was unusual. She wanted to check if had got it right (which I hadn't!).
She corrected it over the phone before the mistake was made on the lenses.
Really impressed.
I will buy from this company again.
