Very fast service! The first pair of frames had a manufacturing defect. I contacted GlassesNow at 12:30, and the replacements arrived with my prescription lenses at 12:20 the next day along with a free returns label for the original pair. The frames and lenses were over £200 cheaper than they would have been in a highstreet store.
