The customer service from GlassesNow was outstanding, I was called when the frames I asked for had slightly changed in size. When the frames were delivered, they had the wrong prescription (my fault) your assistant couldn't have been more helpful in replacing the glasses. On the other side you delivery service is dire! I checked with my neighbour that they would be in before I chose "leave with a neighbour" I received a picture of my front door my neighbour hadn't been contacted. Same thing happened on the second pair! I paid £10 for 8.30 - 10.30am delivery, took the morning off work, the glasses were delivered after 5pm! Not sure how this delivery service works and I'd like my £10 refunded please..
