The website does not provide customers the option to change mailing and billing information when entered. The website should ask customers to verify information after entering and allow them to cancel purchases at any time. I ordered the knife block pad- 10 slots twice and returned the first one ordered. I called customer service today and was informed that a number should have been requested to return the unopened purchase and in 4 to 6 weeks I may receive a refund.
