My husband is a Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts graduate. He started fresh out of college with a set of Global knives given to him by his parents as a graduation gift. 20+ years later we are retiring those knives with replacements of the same and filling the spaces available in the 15 slot Global Knife roll I got him for his birthday last year!
