I am a professional Chef for over 35 years , CIA 77" I am also a certified executive chef (CEC) by the American Chef Foundation (ACF).:I have used Misono high carbon Swedish steel knives for years .
I have grown to really love the Gobal line of knives. one piece construction, good balance , the steel will hold a sharp edge.
I enjoy using these knives in my daily task and they are so easy to keep super clean and they produce no rust like my High Carbon steel knives
