The 7" Classic Japanese Fluted Chef's Knife has become one of my favorite knives to use. It is very sharp and well-balanced for when a heavier blade is needed. Although it does not feel heavy compared to some of my other knives. Great quality and I will certainly look to add more Global knives to my collection.
