Best knife I ever owned. I bought my first Global Knife in 2007 it was the 8" Chef and I never regretted spending $100 buck for a knife. That knife is still useful. I do need to take it to get sharpened as I don't want to ruin it. When I saw the 2 pieces 6" chef and pairing knife at an amazing price I jumped on it. Another awesome choice. I love that it cuts tomatoes so thin. This is my first purchase on Global and they were great at keeping me updated on shipping and shipping was quick. I will defiantly buy from them again.
