Two points about the service:
- I made a mistake in my order. Customer service was great at taking care of the issue.
- The knife was shipped timely and got here in a couple of days.
The knife itself is great -- nothing less than what I expected. I have been using the G-2 for a few years now. This was the second knife I got from Global. It is a fantastic knife.
