At the risk of sounding over-emotional, my new knives have changed my life! I actually look forward to cooking so I can cut my vegetables like they're butter. I had no idea how bad my old knives were even though I sharpened them regularly. For my bestie's birthday I gave her a Classic Chef's Knife and she too now sees the light.
