Global Knives have been a mainstay in our kitchen and my boyfriend loves the ergonomic handle filled with sand! To each his own in the kitchen, but we are hooked and received this set as a gift and it’s the only knife we use…the serrated ones are insane! Cut like butter into fruit and veggies. The knives are fantastically sturdy while maintaining elegance of design and function of precision. Thank you!
