I love my Global chefs knife . (I also got one for a friends ) first is just the beauty of it. I’m a retired art professor ( sculpture ) . I saw the knives and just thought they were elegant, stunning design .of course now I like it for the way it handles. It has enough heft and it balances in the hand. I love it .
