Bought a 7" vegetable knife and given out experience, decided to buy a two-knife set for out daughter. At the same time, bought a more expensive Santoku knife from Japan for another daughter in Alaska. Oddly that knife shipped from Japan and arrive in Alaska two days before the Global knife make it to Montana.
Shipping aside, the knives have performed admirably, and we would not hesitate to recommend their performance/quality to anyone.
