Purchased the Osaka block set. First quality set of knives and I'm happy with them. Nicely balanced and sharp. Global has many good reviews and they appear to be the workhorse of blades in professional and home kitchens. I believe I got them at a very good price on sale. Great quality and great value. My next purchase will be a little bit bigger chef's knife: probably a 9.5"-10". Thanks for the blades!
