We have been using this "favorite" knife for a few years now while visiting family and just love the way it fits in your hand, so well balanced, and the blade so sharp ... and yet no one is sharpening it! We decided to buy one for ourselves and as gifts for the cooks in our family. We may even purchase another larger chef's knife as we love it so much. You won't be disappointed! Catherine
