Quality of the 6" kiritsuke knife and the chef's knife is excellent. Haven't yet tried the water sharpener. Bought the knives for a 6" knife block but I didn't realize that without bolsters, both knives would extend nearly an inch beyound the block. My mistake, not Global's.
