I have 3 pieces of Global Sai cutlery and love each one with the 9" bread knife being the most recently acquired. I have been trying to order this bread knife for 1-2 years being told it wasn't available. I put this knife on a Global watchlist and was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Global as to it's availability. I was very happy to purchase it as soon as I was notified. What I'm not happy about is paying $189.95 for this knife and finding out less than a month after receiving it that it was now on sale for $151.96. Global must have know about this sale being forthcoming and wish they would have offered it to me at the sale price.
