Global Knives are the absolute best quality for the money. Forget expensive Euro-knives, and go with what Anthony Bourdain recommended (may he RIP.) After going paying and through several sets of Euro knives I bought Global. My nephew wanted to get knives for his mother and I told him about these. I just bought a set to give to my daughter. Treat them well, keep them sharp and you will not only have them for life, but using them will be eye-opening-these are how knives should work.
