Terrible customer service experience on my end. Received the knife, it looked great and I took it out to try it. Started to cut a tomato and noticed it catching a bit . When examining it closer, I realized the blade was chipped. Reached out to customer service, who then told me I was out of luck, because the knife was now used. I replied saying I had literally just taken it out of the packaging and noticed a defect on first use (this was within a couple of days of receiving it). They have since just ghosted me..
