These knives came highly recommended to us 20 years ago by a professional chef who was on a camping trip with us. At that time, we only purchased 2 knives to add to our collection of another brand that we had gotten as a wedding gift, which were only 5 years old at that time.
The 2 Global knives, however, quickly became the favorites to use in the kitchen. We just recently felt the need to replace our "other brand" knives, so we decided to go with all Global Brand.
Love the quality and feel of the knives.
