I have just signed up for a course which was the cheapest available and the helpful customer service advisor (Kane) threw in a freebie and a great, 0% interest, installment plan (they have a convenient live chat). I was also helped initially by another advisor by email (James). So far, and I haven't started yet,they seem professional, efficient and customer orientated.If it's awful at the end,I'll be sure to write a scathing Google review!Otherwise,assume it was all good.
