“I have unfortunately parted with several hundred pounds on two courses which were sold as “official exam included”. I have completed the course work but can not get hold of anyone to book the exams. I strongly believe this company is a scam, very poor.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Global Edulink. I have been waiting for a refund of £581.40 since 25th June, and despite contacting them numerous times, I have received no resolution. A representative named Michelle Fernandes keeps saying the refund is "under review," but it has now been over six months with no progress. This level of service is unacceptable, and it feels like they are deliberately avoiding taking responsibility. I would strongly advise against taking any courses with Global Edulink. They do not value their customers and fail to honor their commitments. I demand my refund immediately. If you’re considering signing up for their services, think twice, they are unprofessional and unreliable. REFUND MY MONEY, I HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH.”

“Please avoid this company at all costs. I paid a lot of money to do my signature level 1 BSL. I completed all of the assessments despite the poor organisation and the pre-assessment information being incorrect. I did my final assessment 3 months ago and still haven’t received my results or any certification despite many emails, complaints and false assurances. I was told I’d receive the results within a few days, then I was told 6 weeks, then I was told another 48 hours all of these deadlines have been and gone and I’m still no closer to getting my results.”
