I just finished a three-day Agile course, and I feel energized. The instructor (Samuel Brown) was engaging, taught at a good pace, answered all our questions, and gave real world examples to help us understand the material. There were a lot of team exercises where we could put what we learned into practice. Being able to do the course virtually was a big plus.
