“MDM 101 Course: What really made me happy as I did not have to commute to the location which would be close to a 2 hr drive each way. (-: Used big TV for lecture and dual screen setup for labs on one side. course on the other. Instructor Joe Piette was extremely knowledgeable and never yawned. He resides in California and teaches on eastern time zone. Course stayed on pace with plenty of time for Labs and Joe was always there to handle the hiccups. Learned the world of Azure and intune with some powershell as well. Highly recommend the class.”

“It is not that often that an instructor is also a famous technical evangelist, author and mentor! Ken Krueger, a distinctive Floridian, has authored materials that were pivotal for thousands of sprouting CloudFormation engineers. Superb command of the material, who can communicate it in precise and eloquent use of technical English. In a league of his own with a rich historical perspective, tempered practicality and finesse.”

“I recently completed the NGFW Palo Alto (EDU-330) training course with Global Knowledge, and it exceeded all my expectations. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and explained complex concepts in a way that was clear and easy to follow, even for those newer to the platform. The hands-on labs were especially valuable—they reinforced the course material and gave me real-world experience working with Palo Alto’s next-gen firewalls.
