“MDM 101 Course: What really made me happy as I did not have to commute to the location which would be close to a 2 hr drive each way. (-: Used big TV for lecture and dual screen setup for labs on one side. course on the other. Instructor Joe Piette was extremely knowledgeable and never yawned. He resides in California and teaches on eastern time zone. Course stayed on pace with plenty of time for Labs and Joe was always there to handle the hiccups. Learned the world of Azure and intune with some powershell as well. Highly recommend the class.”

“I recently completed the ITIL course and found it to be an excellent refresher. Having previously taken this course approximately 13 years ago, I observed that the updated version provides enhanced clarity and more structured content, which is highly relevant to my current role. The training was very insightful, and I gained valuable knowledge throughout the sessions. The instructor, Mr. Jim Wright, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. He effectively incorporated personal insights and extensive industry experience, sharing practical examples from both recent years and earlier stages of his career, which added significant depth to the learning experience. Mr. Jim covered the course material comprehensively and offered clear guidance on how to approach and respond to examination questions effectively. His instruction was both engaging and informative. I would strongly recommend Mr. Jim for future training initiatives. His commitment, depth of knowledge, and delivery style are truly commendable.”
