“MDM 101 Course: What really made me happy as I did not have to commute to the location which would be close to a 2 hr drive each way. (-: Used big TV for lecture and dual screen setup for labs on one side. course on the other. Instructor Joe Piette was extremely knowledgeable and never yawned. He resides in California and teaches on eastern time zone. Course stayed on pace with plenty of time for Labs and Joe was always there to handle the hiccups. Learned the world of Azure and intune with some powershell as well. Highly recommend the class.”

“I completed the ITIL (Version 5) Foundation training through Global Knowledge in a 3-day Virtual Classroom Live format, taught by Sushila Rawat, and found the experience highly valuable. As an IT leader, I appreciated that the course went beyond basic terminology and connected ITIL concepts to real-world service management, governance, operational efficiency, and customer-focused delivery. Sushila did an excellent job keeping the class engaged in a virtual setting while making the material practical and easy to apply. The live instructor format added significant value because it allowed for discussion, clarification, and interaction similar to an in-person classroom environment. The course was well-paced, structured, and relevant to today’s IT service management environment. It kept my attention throughout all three days and left me feeling confident and prepared for the ITIL (Version 5) Foundation certification exam. Overall, this was a strong professional development experience, and I would recommend it to IT professionals and leaders looking to strengthen their ITSM foundation.”

“I recently completed the ITIL course and found it to be an excellent refresher. Having previously taken this course approximately 13 years ago, I observed that the updated version provides enhanced clarity and more structured content, which is highly relevant to my current role. The training was very insightful, and I gained valuable knowledge throughout the sessions. The instructor, Mr. Jim Wright, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. He effectively incorporated personal insights and extensive industry experience, sharing practical examples from both recent years and earlier stages of his career, which added significant depth to the learning experience.
