Documentation for the ITIL4 Foundation Course not delivered for 9 out of the 11 delegates requiring a lot of time being spent photocopying the course work using the 2 that were delivered. The folders eventually arrived on the day of the exam. No revision handbook for the course either. Poorly organized.

I would be ashamed to call the PMP training a boot camp. This was nothing more than the instructor reciting the material straight from the slides. This course did nothing to brush up my skills to prepare me to take the PMI exam. Honestly I would like a full reimbursement as this was a 4 day waste of time.

The idea of shifting a student to a different building to take courses is NOT the best because, the environment is not for school . A study room with no Windows, screen and other facilities.. The Amenities is for office use only but not for study.

The instructor seemed to know the subject matter, but they couldn't get the course material out prior to the start and absolutely none of the labs work if you follow the lab books. The instructor had to keep changing thing to keep the labs going. To a person learning, that throws you off. Does not help when you are trying to follow along. For a $2000.00 course they should take the time to get it right. The course was worth about $200.00.
