CISSP. The instructor will NOT cover the topics listed on their website. They won't discuss anything deep. You will not have any materials created by the company. They won't help you with practice techniques. The practice questions will be based on the 1st edition while the 9th is used in 2023 and you will answer them yourself without any feedback. NEVER take this course there.

This company is a scam. Pay a premium price, they onboard you quickly, then to learn the course was delivered over two half days instead of two full days as was promised. Course leader went through the material at breakneck speed and showed little interest in the students' learning experience. Recording of course was promised by company and tutor however it is not available. Have followed up with formal complaints however they are unwilling to engage. Definitely do not recommend, it is a scam.

Voor aanschaf van de e-learning contact gehad met de klantenservice met de vraag of de training in het Nederlands of Engels was. Na aanschaf bleek dit alleen Engels te zijn. Ik heb opnieuw contact gezocht met de klantenservice die mij wist te bevestigen dat de training alleen in het Engels was. Global Knowledge kon verder niets voor mij betekenen. Geen compensatie, aanbod geld terug te storten, andere mogelijkheden aandragen. Pech van je geld, we hebben je verkeerd ingelicht.

Hi, your customer success manager informed us we emailed you in July, but we didn't receive a response from you regarding your subscription concern. Perhaps it was caught in spam. We'll have them email you again to help bring a resolution.

Do not recommend. I was double billed for Sharepoint admin training mid July. I have sent an email and left 3 messages with accounts payable and no one has responded yet.

Global Knowledge (GK) charges $2695 for the 2014L Cloud Service Manager course from the Cloud Credential Council (CCC). This course is supposed to prepare students for the certification exam, but GK refuses to send students the exam voucher. In contrast, CCC charges $599 for the same course with an exam voucher. Students cannot buy CCC exams, they must attended a course from an authorized training partner and request a voucher from them after completing the training. Although Global Knowledge does excellent for most courses, it appears that Global Knowledge is underperforming as an authorized CCC training partner by withholding the vouchers that allows the student to take the exam needed for certification.

Wish if Global Knowledge would offer classes to individual rather than have to go through the company. Limit you to the number of courses you can take per year.

Took several courses over the years, instructors were knowledgeable and had real world experience. Apparently instructors are now outsourced and the lowest bid wins. The course I just took had an instructor who admitted that. When a company charges me a premium rate for a course but uses the lowest paid East Asian workers to deliver, that gets ridiculous. I would suggest that anyone planning to take a course ask who the instructor is and what is his/her experience and expertise before paying a dime. For myself and my organization, we are done with Global Knowledge.

A group of us attended the class room course on fundamentals of Power Bi expecting a practical beginners course on Power BI. It turned out to be a 2-day demo of the capabilities of Power BI with no structure on how to work with Power BI (best practice, do's and dont's, etc.). We learned more from free YouTube tutorial from Microsoft, Enterprise DNA, Guy in a Cube or Curbal. Imagine, there was 7 of us… total waste of money.

Frustrating experience with this company! My Excel-Level 3 course has been cancelled twice. However, Global Knowledge sent 2 invoices to our AP for Payment. This course is part of my performance review and has to be done before year-end. Bad, bad decision choosing Global Knowledge for this course.

Courses are waste of time and their refund policy pretty much scam. I don't recommend it to any one.
