Frustrating experience with this company!
My Excel-Level 3 course has been cancelled twice. However, Global Knowledge sent 2 invoices to our AP for Payment. This course is part of my performance review and has to be done before year-end. Bad, bad decision choosing Global Knowledge for this course.
