From the moment that I enrolled in my first course with Global Knowledge, I was taken care of by their fantastic Customer Service team that answered any & all questions that I had about the course I was planning to take. From reassuring me that all necessary programs were provided on their platform (so I didn't have to purchase the programs for myself) to switching my course date to a more convenient time- their Customer Service team made this ALL possible for me! This is my time dealing with Global Knowledge & have completed my first course with a phenomenal impression of how the company & courses are run! The instructor I had (Salma) was ABSOLUTELY amazing- so patient & willing to help, making sure that no student was left behind through all the topics that she had covered! I'm not great with computers & always felt overwhelmed when trying to work with the programs that everyone else is familiar with BUT after having lessons from Global Knowledge, I feel so much more at ease with the computer programs that overwhelmed me in the past!
