I took the Level 3 MSWord course. Warren was an exceptional instructor. I didn't think it was possible to become enthusiastic about an application that I have been using for about two decades, but his enthusiasm for the tool and its functionality were infectious. He delivered the course at a great pace and tailored the material to the individual student expectations wherever possible. Pleasant, patient, and thorough - couldn't have asked for better.
