Global Knowledge's "Vendor Management Foundations" course provided a comprehensive overview of the subject matter, delivered by a talented trainer (Hussam Aladl), who has a strong command of the subject in real-world settings, not just the classroom. This allowed him to step out of the slideware, solicit student scenarios -- and walk through the best approachs to managing the situations. Excellent course.
