I attended the ITIL v4 training from Global Knowledge, along with many of my coworkers. We were taught by Brian Bourne. The course material and Brian's in-depth knowledge, and teaching skills, made the course content very easy to understand and apply them to our real-world environment. I highly recommend this course and instructor.
