My instructor Mrs Wren was fantastic enthusiastic, professional, inlcusive and really helped the class focus on the areas needed to understand principles of ITIL and pass the exam. She also used real life examples to relate to different situations to help understand the material better. The video was solid, never failed and audio communication was solid as well. One of the best online courses ive taken.
