I took the Business Analyst Essentials course with Richard. He is a great trainer and keeps attendees engaged in the sessions by asking questions, participating and providing practice exercises. The material is very detailed and available before, during and after the class. The course is recorded and available to users about 48 hours after it ends, in case users are unable to attend.
