Just finished ITIL Foundations in a virtual class. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and personable. The virtual class software was impressive and worked flawlessly, the GK web pages and communications likewise. I don't know what my employer paid so can't really comment on value, but from my standpoint I am very impressed.
