I took ITIL4 Foundation training class with Global Knowledge this week. It was the best training class. The instructor (Scott Rose) was great in explaining the concept; provided us with guidance on how to answer the practice exams correctly- explaining why the wrong answers were wrong. If you would like to get ITIL4 certification, train with Global Knowledge and you will not regret it.
