I really didn't know what to expect from ITIL4 Foundation. I was pleasantly surprised at how much of the content was already somewhat familiar and for that which was new, my instructor - Genevieve Okor - taught it in a very interactive and easy to grasp manner, making it a very pleasant experience. I'm glad I took the course and I'm glad she was the instructor!
