I was skeptical about taking this course online but I am thankful that I did and extremely happy that I chose Global Knowledge. The instructor was outstanding. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they provide everything that you need to learn from the ground up. Jon's style of teaching is what every instructor should strive for. I feel that my time was well spent learning something that I had very little knowledge of before taking this course and I am looking forward to taking another course at Global Knowledge.
