Great experience in the ITIL 4 Foundation course. Began the course understanding very little about ITIL. After completion, I now have a very solid understanding of principles and practices promoted by ITIL v4 and I've already begun assessing how we can begin ("Start from where you are") using what we have to implement needed changes.
