I recently took several courses from the Edmonton branch of Global Knowledge. It was a great experience. The courses I took were Microsoft level 1 and 2, it was very informative. I learned new skills that I will be able to implement immediately at my work. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I had questions from the start about the surrounding areas as I wasn't familiar with downtown and the admin assistant Lina was very attentive. My instructors Joanna, Denise and Wally were amazing. I definitely am indebted to them.
