Tony Gonzales is a fantastic trainer. He mixes lecture and labs and breaks to keep the course flowing and the material easy to understand. Global Knowledge needs to have a way to test equipment for labs. My suggestion is the first day of training have a tech allocated to the class to resolve issues. We spent hours of the course of the week with other users PCs, tablets and network connection issues. Best bet is to leave your Ipad and Mac PC behind the labs appear to work better on windows based PCs.
