I was fortunate to take ITIL 4. The material is dry, and the foundation course has a lot of definitions and is fast-moving. The instructor, Michael Bardeh, made the material easy to understand and his way of teaching and delivering the course was easy to follow and kept me engaged. His experience and practical knowledge made the course very relevant.
