I have been to the facilities in Arlington, VA and Cary, NC. Both are very nice. The staff is usually nice and respond quickly to requests. This is no reflection on the training material - it can be pretty bad at times. For example, the Azure training from Microsoft is proving to be questionable at best. This is not GK's fault.
